Avocado Yakisoba and Tomato Okonomiyaki by Kyo Chabana, Kyoto, Japan

Avocado Yakisoba and Tomato Okonomiyaki by Kyo Chabana, Kyoto, Japan (my favorite restaurant in the world!) I have been to Kyoto , Japan three times in my life, and every time I've had dinner at Kyo-Chabana. Each time, I've ordered the same two dishes. Whenever I'm in town, I always make sure to visit Kyo Chabana for dinner and to order the avocado yakisoba and the tomato okonomiyaki . A tradition is a tradition, after all!  Kyo-Chabana is a teppanyaki restaurant, where dishes are prepared and served in front of guests on top of a teppan , a large, flat heated griddle not unlike a hibachi grill. For years, I've described Kyo Chabana as my favorite restaurant in the world, and I was delighted to stop by again on a recent trip to Japan. avocado yakisoba at Kyo Chabana Kyoto Station, Japan
