Hot chicken has become very popular outside of Tennessee recently, and you can find amazing and delicious hot chicken as far away as Bangkok, Thailand!
Spicy fried chicken is served on top of a Cajun-style remoulade sauce made from horseradish, paprika, and mustard, wrapped in a thick, home-style flour tortilla and topped with shredded golden cabbage and parmesan cheese.
It's spicy, but not overpoweringly so, and all of the flavors complement each other nicely so that no one ingredient stands out above the rest. These hot chicken tacos are perfectly balanced, and create a complex, tasty dish. You won't want to leave a single bite uneaten!

The hushpuppies had a rich texture and the mild flavor of fresh, high-quality crab meat. The inside was super soft and tender, and the outside had the perfect golden-brown coloring and slightly crispy texture of excellent hushpuppies.
The hushpuppies were placed on top of a spicy Creole-style sauce and were served with seasonal herbs and vegetables: golden cabbage, sprouts, and delicate, thinly sliced radish.
