Honestly, is there anything more comforting than a good bowl of Thai-style noodles? The other day for lunch, I stepped inside a small local noodle restaurant called NoodleBar in Bangkok, Thailand's Ari neighborhood, one of my favorite parts of town for good food.

Look, there's nothing fancy about these noodles. They are simply a super delicious and solid lunch. The restaurant is very clean and modern, and the system to order, done via QR code at the table, is fast and efficient.

The egg noodles I ordered came with crispy pork, lots of veggies, a soft-boiled "onsen"-style egg, tons of fried garlic, green onion, and bean sprouts. For the price, it was a great portion and was prepared and presented perfectly. In my opinion, NoodleBar is a perfect place to stop at if you are in Ari and in a rush to find something good and convenient to eat.
