Grilled Scallops with Sauce

I love scallops. They are definitely one of my all-time favorite seafood dishes (just narrowly behind softshell crab).
While exploring JODD Fairs Market in Bangkok, I came across a stall selling grilled scallops with a number of uniquely flavored toppings served with a side of green traditional Thai spicy seafood sauce.

These scallops are topped with your choice of cheese, onion, pizza flavored sauce, or salted egg yolk.

You can buy an individual scallop for 15 baht, or you can get a variety of your choice (mix and match!) for just 100 baht.

After you choose your flavors, the staff put the scallops on the grill over hot coal and toast the top with a blast from a cooking torch, making sure that everything is toasted and delicious.
For what it's worth, my favorite was the cheese flavor. Scallops with melted cheese are incredible, especially when you dip them in the spicy and tangy Thai seafood sauce!

The scallops cost 15 baht each or 7 for 100 baht.
Location
Built on the site of an old, abandoned amusement park, JODD Fairs Dan Neramit (which literally means "magic land", still features the old fairytale castle that was once the centerpiece of the park! The market is located at: RHC7+4WM, Phahon Yothin Rd, Chom Phon, จตุจักร Bangkok 10900, Thailand. It's just a short walk from Ha Yaek Lat Prao and Phahonyothin 24 BTS stations.
The market is open daily from 4pm until midnight.
